Who we are

mahd.dev is the engineering arm of Mahd Group. This website is operated by the Mahd Group entity. The fastest way to reach us is hi@mahd.dev.

Information we collect

mahd.dev is a marketing site. We don’t run accounts, advertising, or third-party analytics, and we don’t collect data about you just from browsing. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the contact form:

• Your name (optional)
• A short description of your project (optional)
• What you’d like us to do (optional)
• Your email address (required, so we can reply)
• Your phone number (optional)

The form also includes a hidden “company” field that is never shown to people — it exists only as a trap for automated spam and is ignored on real submissions.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we don’t use it to build a profile about you.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process the information you submit on the basis of your consent (you gave it to us by sending the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries. You can withdraw consent or object at any time by emailing us.

How your message reaches us

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent through our own first-party mail service (api.mahd.email) and delivered to our inbox at hi@mahd.dev. To protect the form from automated abuse, a submission may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile; when enabled, that check is performed by Cloudflare in accordance with its own privacy practices. Hosting and delivery for mahd.dev run on Cloudflare.

Cookies and similar technologies

mahd.dev itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it may set an essential, security-related cookie to verify that a visitor is human. Your browser settings control cookies at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep messages you send us only for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records of our conversations. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hi@mahd.dev and we’ll help.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and credentials used to deliver your message are handled server-side only — never sent to the browser. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share.

Changes

We may update this policy as mahd.dev evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
