These are our standard terms. They describe what mahd.dev is and how to use it. Reaching out through the contact form starts a conversation — it doesn’t create a contract until we both agree to one in writing.

Using this site

By using mahd.dev, you agree to these terms. mahd.dev is operated by the Mahd Group entity. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the site.

What mahd.dev is

mahd.dev is an informational website that describes our software engineering services and lets you contact us. Submitting the contact form sends us a message; it is an invitation to discuss potential work, not an offer, order, or commitment. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a separate agreement.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site — copy, design, branding, and original artwork — is owned by mahd.dev / Mahd Group and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You’re welcome to view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, republish, or pass off our content or marks as your own without permission.

Acceptable use

When using mahd.dev, please don’t:

  • Use the contact form to send spam, abusive, or misleading messages
  • Attempt to overload, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
  • Use automated tools to misuse the form or scrape content in breach of these terms

We may ignore or block submissions that abuse the form (including via automated abuse checks) and reserve the right to restrict access that harms the site or other visitors.

Third-party links

mahd.dev links to other sites — our ecosystem arms (Mahd Group, mahd.space, mahd.academy, mahd.capital), client work, and the services that help the site run. We’re not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those external sites.

Disclaimer and “as is”

mahd.dev is provided “as is” and “as available.” We describe our work honestly and in good faith, but we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mahd Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, mahd.dev.
